You can order a copy of your Birth Certificate via the internet, and that will have the time on it.

A person's birth certificate will state the minute in time that they took their very first breath, unless they were immediately transported to a critical care unit, in which case it will show the time of the completion of birth. Hospitals typically keep the time current and accurate, so your birth certificate should be correct with the time it states. Your mother can tell you if she remembers and if you can ask her, or your father or a grandmother may also remember (but the father may not remember as well as the mother does), otherwise I'd order a birth certificate if you don't already have one. That is important identification to have by all means.

If you were lucky enough to have had the birth time recorded at your hospital or even at home, it would be found in your birth records. you should contact those involved.
