The only real difference is the look of the TVs, they have the exact same feature set. So it is really a matter of which one you like the looks of better.

I have a Sony Grand Wega 60". don't get Sony!!! It's not the same company it used to be. We had hardly used it 6 months and it cost over $1000 to repair it. The replacement bulb is $200. anyway, whatever you buy, get the extended warranty. I found that out the hard way.
