I'm sorry but there is no effective, long term easy way to lose weight. Pills, fad diets, etc. will only be effective in the short term. I have lost 75 lbs. and I had to do it the old fashioned way, which is so much more healthy. I also used Weight Watchers online Points system, it's great. It's very simple and you can work in the things you enjoy. Working out is also key to looking good when losing weight. You need cardio to burn fat and weightlifting/strength training to tone muscle. Good luck!

Yep, no quick and easy way. Hard dedication. The Zone Diet is a very healthy Life Long plan. Go out and buy some excersise DVDs (if you hate really intense workouts pilates is great) start off slow and work yourself up. Slowly cut back on sweets. Buy a couple fitness magazines like Shape or Fitness which have tons of tips. Watch the Biggest Loser for inspiration! =D Tons of luck!

There is not a quick way to lose that much weight.
It's all about a low calorie diet and lots of exercise. Get out from behind the computer and go for a walk!

here are some tips that helped me lose weight

cut down on juices - juices contain alot of sugar, try to drink water instead.

try having soups for lunch with a small salad (if you still feel hungry after the soup) stick to soups without potatoes or pasta.

make sure your suppers include a small amount of carbs, with lotsa veggies and a medium size portion of meat.

if you put sugar in your morning coffee - switch to sweetener.

avoid bread, pasta and potatoes as much as you can - i know it's what makes a meal but try to cut down the carbs as much as you can.

EXERCISE - you MUST exercise...there is NO way around it - exercise is a absolute must when shedding pounds, start by doing alot of cardio first and then when you notice the weight start to drop start the weighted machines

I'm not personal trainer, I'm just sharing what worked for me - i know it's hard (believe me) but hang in there hun!

this is what i do: SLEEP A LOT!!!! When you're feeling hungry, drink a lot of water to fill you up, take a sleeping pill, and SLEEP!!! Or you could drink some alcohol and the next day you'll be 5 lbs lighter! no kidding it happens to me all the time!!! just keep doing that, and don't eat anything when you're drunk!!!
