i sprinkle mine with sugar and keep it in a tupperware container...after 1 day it is better than before....

A product called Fruit Fresh, in the bakers isle and Plastic wrap if the lope's been cut in half. Chunk cut? same stuff and plasic container or covered bowl

If I cut it in halves or quarters, I wrap the remaining pieces in foil or plastic wrap. Sometimes I cut it in chunks and put them in an airtight container. I don't recommend freezing, since thawed melons get really mushy. They should keep well in the refrigerator for a few days.

Squeeze a little lemon or lime on the surface of the uneaten cantaloupe and seal in a tupperware container.

after I cut a section out to eat, I go ahead and cut the rest up into small bite size pieces. remove and throw away all Rhine. store fruit in sealed container in frig. It will stay fresher longer that way, and you are more likely to eat it quicker if it is already ready to eat

I rap the cut piece with plastic rap and put it in the fridge. I try to eat the rest of it in a couple of days though.
