Doesnt just happen to Bulgarian women, it can happen to anyone

i have no idea! I noticed that myself earlier this year. They have a 3 year old dancing on the street. if they start that young they must grow up much quicker and learn what stress is... either that or its something else entirly. you'd av t ask a bulgarian woman...

Genetics, i.e. it's inherited, like blue eyes or red hair.
