This is normal, it may not look normal, but it is, the catalytic converters makes water by changing emissions from the motor to cleaner emissions, water is a by product.

Normal condensation and water is a byproduct of combustion. Just make sure it does not continue when the car is fully heated up.

that's just condensation in the tail pipe. After running for a while and getting it warmed up good, check the tail pipe again.
