Here's the roll that I make for my parties:
Almond Sponge Roll:
3 tablespoons (22 grams) cake flour
1/3 cup (35 grams) sliced, toasted, and finely ground almonds
4 large eggs
1 large egg yolk
1/2 cup (100 grams) plus 1 tablespoon (13 grams) granulated white sugar
1 teaspoon (4 grams) pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
Whipped Cream Filling:
1 cup (236 ml) heavy whipping cream
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon (14 grams) granulated white sugar
Note: In the above picture 1/3 cup (35 grams) of toasted sliced and ground almonds have been added to the whipped cream filling.

Chocolate Swiss Roll
75g (3oz) Caster Sugar
50g (2oz) Plain Flour
25g (1oz) Cocoa Powder, sieved
2 Medium Eggs
To finish: caster sugar or icing sugar
Chocolate Buttercream
Pre-heat oven to 220°C: 425°F: Gas 7.
Grease a 20 x 30 cm (8 x 12 inch) swiss roll tin, line with buttered greaseproof paper.
Cream together the sugar and eggs, until light and fluffy.
Sift flour and cocoa powder together.
Fold into the sugar and egg mixture.
Pour evenly in to the prepared swiss roll tin.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until risen and just firm, taking care not to over cook.
Dust a sheet of greaseproof paper with icing sugar and turn the sponge upside down onto it.
Remove the lining paper and trim the edges of the sponge.
Roll up sponge with paper still inside and allow to cool.
When cooled, carefully unroll, remove the paper and spread with buttercream.
Roll and dust with icing sugar.

Seriously this is all I can think of.
Roast Beef 'N Swiss Tortilla Roll-Ups
2 tbl Caesar ranch salad dressing
2 x 7" to 8" flour tortillas
2 lrg leaf lettuce leaves torn to fit tortilla
4 oz deli roast beef thinly sliced
4 slc processed Swiss cheese 3/4-oz. each
2 tsp diced red onion
Spread 1 tablespoon salad dressing on each tortilla, covering entire surface. Top each with lettuce leaf and half of roast beef, cheese, and onion. Roll up each tortilla tightly. To serve, cut roll-ups into 1" slices. Insert fancy toothpick into each to secure. Makes 16 appetizers.
May be made up to one hour ahead and refrigerated.
