The Muslim nightmare?

Lets give you a little history lesson.
Name a Muslim terror organisation that existed after the war and pre Osama Bin Laden. That's right there was none. Now, ask yourself who created Osama Bin Laden's terror organisation? Think Afgahnastan and think the US and then you will get it.

Now based on what we know we can say that fundamentalist Muslims were created and armed by the West. The majority of Muslims, however, are not fundamentalist. Indeed there are probably more fundamentalist Christians in the world that Muslims. The Muslim religion is one of peace. Much of what Fundamantalist Muslims do is simply against the mainstream. Just as Hitler tried to warp Christianity for his own ends so to do these fundamentalists.

Now how is there a Muslim nightmare in Britain? The minority and huge minority would be fundamental, but the simple fact is that British racism creates more and more fundamentlist Muslims.

I know this as I saw the same thing happen in my own part of Britain - N. Ireland. Pre 1969 Catholics were simply ignorant of Republicanism and the IRA and IRA numbers were tiny as were the numbers of weapons and supporters. Now after the British sent in the army and the attitudes of the British govt and people turned against the Catholic people, the numbers in the IRA and the numbers of radical Republican supporters rocketed and the so too did the numbers of soldiers returning home in body bags.

My point is that Britain has created this problem by isolating and victimising all Muslims for the actions of a few. The idea is to try and isolate fundamental Muslims and to work together with Muslim communities to bring them into mainstream life. If everyone reacts with your little racist outbursts then there will be a major problem.

Certainly something needs to be done and much needs to be discussed before everything cracks up. Don't know that I'd call it a Muslim nightmare - it's not about the Muslims - or about any ethnic minorities. I can get on pretty well with most individuals from most cultures. Our problem is with our Government not tightening up restrictions. I don't blame people for taking advantage of what the UK offers - I blame the polticians for appearing to offer everything on a plate for everyone. (& that includes dossers who spend a lifetime claiming the dole - I don't care where people are born I just want them to be hard working, honest and have a 'when in Rome' mentality.

There is nothing wrong with wearing a vail, however there is a time and a place for everything. It is my understanding that the Quran said that woman should dress modestly. It is therefore down to the indivdual to determine the meaing of 'modestly'. Many therefore goes as far as wearing the vail. My only concern is in a country where facial expression and body language speak out louder that verbal communication- how do we find a equal balance? This needs to be addressed practical manner.

Well said Tom. It is about time decent law abiding folk got listened to....not having to pander and be PC. Why should we? Muslims can claim us to be intolerant, yet we are without doubt the most tolerant and least racist nation in Europe. Then what really gets my goat is the complete intolerance and ignorance of Muslim people towards others. The Muslim people should realize how lucky they are to live here and should start respecting others considerably more. I suggest this starts from tomorrow.

Yes, it's good to see that Britain is beginning to realise the true nightmare of racist abuse many British Muslims have to put up with every day as they go about their honest business.

To true. Surly vision must be restricted wearing a veil? I saw a woman in Sainsburys the other day wearing one, and to look at the ingredients in a tub of margerine she had to hold it up to eye level `cos she couldn`t see it by looking downwards.

Too right! The politically correct twits who claim everyone is rascist are being subversed and the general populace is slowly starting to realise the truth. More and more are standing up to this disgusting religion and its bigoted followers; the sooner they are driven from our society the better and the way things are going (hopefully) it will not be too long.

The biggest racist do not live in england, we are the most tolerent nation in the world but are losing our identity to become mini states of foreign countries that are at civil war, then we will erupt into civil war. You try to put your opinion across and are classed as racists.
