I love all animals. I've had a few cats as pets but only because I couldn't have dogs where I live. If the choice is there, I would pick a dog everytime. Dogs are great pets. They are so loyal to you. So much fun and fiercly protective. Besides, you can't tke your cat to the park to play frisbee or swimming with you at the beach.

I love cats and I don't really like dogs. I always get suckered into taking them in though and once they are mine I like them. If I had to choose I would definitely take a cat over a dog anyway or at least a dog that acted and looked like a cat.

i like all animals - dogs are hard for me though. my general rule of thumb is that it needs to be below my knee. that way, if for some reason it attacks me or what not i can kick it easier. i know that sounds awful - i would never kick a dog unless it was attacking, but that's the way i feel about it. we have 3 cats and my husband's dog just had to be put down last year - he was very disapointed about it - huerta was a great dog! when i would hold my husband and he would say "help huerta, help!" - she'd jump on him and growl. it was playful, so it was pretty funny. she was a good dog. there are always exceptions to the i don't like dogs for me. but in general, no - i don't really care for dogs.

I like both, but if I had to choose one, it would be a dog. You can't take a cat camping with you, and a cat won't attack someone who's hurting you. But they're great for cuddling.

i like both becouse i have a cat and i'm takeing care of my borthers dog and my mom has a dog that likes to play with our cats so they all get along with each other.

They both have their ups and downs. Dogs you can train, cats you can't (generally speaking), cats are funnier, dogs are more protective...it depends on your personality. I couldn't decide so I got one of each. =)

I have two cats, ( inside only ) and two dogs, ahem, inside and out....pluuuus, I have 3 horses. Love em all the same

I love kittens! I had 3 but everyone of them got stolen. Puppies are cute but dogs are dirty. I love kittens tough!

i perfer dogs , they understand better they protect better cats are noisey i dont understand cats at all they like looking out the window all the time.
