He is disturbed. He might be trying to get you/her back. My girlfriend's ex-husband got a tatoo on his back a year after they split up of her head, decapitated, next to the incarnation of death with the saying "dedicated to ex-wives". He also wanted to get a tatoo if his first wife's name while my girl was married to him. He probably is just pyshco. It might be best to stay away. Good Luck!
