Yes, Pibb Xtra has more caffine!! Mr PIbb is more crisp in flavor and Dr Pepper make me burp!!

Mr Pibb is the Coca Cola companies version of DR Pepper.
Personally I like the doctor better. The difference is the same as coke and pepsi. It's whatever you prefer.

I love Dr. Pepper.
Mr. Pibb is descent but I think I like the ........I assume vanilla taste in Dr. Pepper.
Xtra Pibb has just a little bit more bite to it---subtle difference.
Strange...but good question!!!

uuummm...mr pibb and pibb extra are genaric brands and taste really crapy but if im really thirsty i'll drink them if theres nothin else
