I am not sure about the producing thing I bought a girl dog because boy dogs do this and I didnt want to deal with it. My dog is 11LBS full grown so she was little when I had her fixed. My breeder and vet said wait until they are 6 months because they are so little they can die under anesthesia, however, Every vet is different. You cant wait really long after 6 months though, because at least for girls, they will go through a cycle or heat before one year. Call your vet, they will tell you exactly what to do

Just tell the dog NO and divert his attention. You can actually ge the dog fixed now. Call the vet. But humping is dominance behavior primarily and not sexual, so it is possible the dog will continue to hump even after fixed.
What are you expecting the dog to "produce"? They don't ejaculate like humans do.

Your puppy needs to be a least 5 months old before he can get fixed. Talk to your vet about it.

Puppies start sexual play as young as Week Five (Days 29-35) so 3 months isn't a surprise. Get him fixed when he is 6months or more. More than likely they are able to reproduce around this age, thats is why it is recommended to get them fixed at this age! GOOD LUCK!

Well its natural for ur male puppy to hump its insticts.
The male can start produci at the age of abt 8 to 9 munths how evr it is not advisable as ul stunt his growth then..and talkin abt neuter..its not worth lettin a dog go thru a surgery jus to make u happy i mean its not needed..

call and make an appointment now to get your puppy neutered.
your puppy is dominating his bear. take the bear away. no more
humping. hes bored. take him on a walk, tire him out.
then give him back his bear. if he humps it again, take it away again and say no hump. give him a chew toy or something instead. next time try giving him back his bear, if he tries to hump,
say no hump. if he stops praise. if he doesn't take bear away again. replace with another chewy or toy. the idea is to let him understand it's not ok to hump and when you say no hump hes to stop or the bear disappears.

Yes get him neutered! Thats the best thing. I do not know how long until they produce semen but my guess would be just like humans as soon as they are born. Pups usually have to be 8 weeks but some vets like them to be 12 weeks. Ask your veterinarian. They also need to have all their shots.
