Dark chocolate has a higher concentration of cocoa mass, and is inherently less sweet. It's the nature of the beast --- The reason it's better for you is because it contains less sugar and more flavanoids...Sorry, but you'll have to pick your poison!

The healthiest coffee is flavored strictly with Ovaltine; no syrups, no cornsyrupy creamers, no fattening dairy. Buy an Ovaltine & dump some in your coffee for an awesome Mocha filled with vitamins. I also hear that dark chocolate is healthy, so try baker's dark chocolate powder, Sweet n Low/Splenda/Equal, & regular milk.

Maybe you should consider staying away from milk chocolate for a while & eating dark chocolate exclusively. Go to a good sweet shop & have them recommend the best brand. I guarantee you that you'll develop a taste for it... & never want to go back to the too-sweet stuff!

Dark chocolate is sophisticated... just tell yourself you're being classy! lol cheers

Aaah Americans think milk chocolate is chocolate... I went into a supermarket in Zurich once and an entire row was comprised of just different brands of chocolate.... and not a milk chocolate bar in the lot....

if it's bitter try a different brand, there are many to choose from, each with it's own unique flavor...

Don't know. But, when I heat it, it isn't bitter anymore. I don't know why that is, but I'd be curious to know.
