My work is having a chili cook off tomorrow and I want to be different and go the dessert route. It doesn't have to be chili per say.

You can make a chunky sweet bean soup. Get a bag of sweetened beans from an Asian market and just add water! I've had sweet red bean soup for dessert at some restaurants. That might be a little weird for you and your co-workers, but some kind of fruit salad with like raspberry puree as a sauce sounds pretty yummy. You can garnish it with whipped cream (sour cream) and like candy that could represent chives, bacon, or cheese.
