I do not have to agree with what you believe. I don't believe that I have been fanatical in my beliefs but because I don't agree with a certain number of people I am getting emails that call me a hate saturated bigot. I also just recieved one that told me 9/11 was not that bad compared to all the murders Christians have committed. So please, just because I am a Christian, do not assume I am a fanatical who is out to tell everybody else what is wrong with them.

The "people" who are sending you such things are lost souls who fear what they cannot understand. Trust in God, pray for the others and live a life full of God's love and joy. That is the only way to deal with such nut jobs.

I agree with "leazngurl", some people are just like that. Just ignore them if they are so passionate about their beliefs that they sound insulting. There is no point in taking any of this personally, since they do not know you. They are attacking an idea that you expressed, not you.
On the other hand, I have noticed that being respectful in my responses prompts people to be respectful back. Maybe you should look at how you word some of your Q & A. Maybe you sound harsh to some people because of how you choose your words.

You really can not let those emails bother you.If you are going to be on a public question and answer thing, you have to expect all kinds of people. You are not going to make everyone of the happy and not everybody is tolerant with other peoples ideas and beliefs.

pay no attention to those hateful emails.something, idon't know what, has happened in their lives that has turned them against religion. i'm sorry to say that i don't think they will ever change their minds. i hope i am wrong for their sake. May God richly bless you. thank you for standing up.
