I've been in that situation. If there's an attraction then just text her. you will need to show her that you are reliable to get over the first impression that you gave her. She will be pi**ed off at first but u can make up for this if you really like her. Good luck!

Ring her, she'll have probably spent the last week thinking that you didn't like her, so make it clear from the start that you do and you'd really like to see her again.

I would call, you have nothing to loose by calling her. You can A. live your life by regret by thinking why did i not call her. or B, You can live and take a chance
