hi am from trinidad i still live here and the weather here in november is usually scattered showers through out the day which usually last1-2 hour maximum. it is advised to always walk with an umbrella because you never know when its going to rain. November is in what we call the rainy season. you may be luck and there is no rain at all during the time you're in trinidad thats jus how the weather is over here in the land of soca, calypso and steel pan

Trinidad weather report in November: rum strong to partly mildly, beer at scattered intervals and parties into the cooler hours of the morning. Keep shoes that can handle the non-stop partying.

Depending on when you go in November, you might get lucky and catch "Petit Careme", a nice dry spell during the wet season. My grandmother would recommend caution and walk wit' yuh "armbrella".
