Saliva testing is still being further researched on. According to one study, saliva is more specific with drug testing. The problem; however, is that other substances found in saliva, like food, makes it difficult to collect pure saliva. Furthermore, sometimes the amount is too little to perform a valid test.

I do not know what you are testing for, but I would doubt the accuracy of anything done with saliva.

They are NOT the best to take. You should really go with a urine test. Good luck!!
