after you have washed it towel dry your hair brush it trough, tip your head upside down, use a volume enhancing spray (yes some actually do work!) spray directly into the root area, still holding your head upside down use your finger tips and hair dryer to dry the root area first then the ends. The best styles to achieve allot of volume are choppy layered styles, with shorter layers this dose not man you have to have short hair!!!! Good luck and happy styling.

bend over and take the comb up to the roots and do a little teasing. Spray with freeze or spritz in that position. Flip your head back up. The way for rolling hair is full base, half base, and no base. In full base, the roller or curling device is sitting all the way on the base of the curl. (Do not burn yourself). This automatically adds volume. Cut down on creme rinses as they can really cause your hair to be heavy and saggy. When brushing, place brush under hair. Go to a beautician, and ask them to "Texturize" your hair with thinning shears.
Contrary to hair it sounds, this builds volume in the important areas of your hair.

Volumizing products, a diffuser. Blow dry with a circular brush at the neck, under the hair. And then use some hot curlers.

towel dry your hair after washing and make sure you don't overload your hair with too much conditioner otherwise it'll weigh the hair down, then put a volumising mousse in all through the roots the best one i've found is garnier fructuis and then put four large rollers in the roots of your hair and blow dry blow dry blow dry! you should definitely have volume in your hair now. i know that this method works for me.

there are a TON of volumizing products out there. One really good one is Marc Anthony thickening cream...it's in an orange tube. Also, a SUPER easy way is when you get out of the shower, towel try your hair and put velcro rollers in it. After you put the rollers in, use a blow-dryer while they're still in & totally dry your hair. take them out & you're good to go!

put a little bit of mouse in your hair while its still wet. Then put some big rollers around your hair where you want volume and blow dry it until dry, then very little hairspray and let the rollers go.
