We bought some new cat food 2 weeks ago--the cats hardly eat on it--the possums that come hardly eat on it and since we got it, I have had two cats mysteriously die---where can I get the food analysed? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Some local feed stores offer hay/silage/grain analysis. You take in a sample of the cat food and they will send it to the lab for you. Also call your local agriculture extension office or your state agricultural office. They should be able to guide you. Also I would call the company that makes the cat food. Most companies want to know if they have a potential problem batch on their hands.

Might want to contact the food company so that if there is something wrong with the food they can pull it off the shelves. So no other cats die from it. Also migt want to contact a vet and they can point you in the direction you need to go or a vet lab .

I would have to say stop feeding that food, obviously there is something wrong with it. Buy something else.
You should call the company who made the food and tell them about it and ask them if you could send in a sample of it to have them test it.
