I had my own eyeliner tattooed on and there isn't any big side effects to having it done. You barely feel it because they will put this gel on your eye lids so it will kind of numb the area, if you wear black eyeliner DON'T pick black as your permanent color choose the darkest brown and this will prevent the discoloration. All you will need is an ice pack for your eyes when you get home to prevent any swelling.

Yeah, they can. I know a couple of people who've gotten permanent "eyeliner" tattooed on. I don't have much of a problem with the pain of tattoos, but there's no way I would allow the buzz of a tattoo gun anywhere near my face!

haha! okay, yes,it is possible to get your lids tattooed.. as it is almost any body part, but because its such a thin and sensitive layer of skin it will hurt, alot!! You shouldn't get it done unless you're completely sure about it. Good luck and I hope it works out.

I don't see why you couldn't. I know of women that have had permanent eye liner tattooed on their eye lids. I would think that would be about the same.

Yes they can!
They can even tatoo your gums and tongue!
A cheap solution would be to buy those glasses with eyes painted on the lenses and sleep in those.

They can. The Leopard Man (Scotland) has like his whole body done including his eyelids. But it looks strange and he said it hurt.
