I'm a mature student. This woman who is younger than me who keeping on staring when I have my back to her but I feel her looking at me but then to face her, she quickly looks away! She still have issues with her ex! I don't need the grief!!! Please help!!!

I think you answered your question. You don't need the grief. I didn't pick up on any positive feelings for this girl, so it seems like a non issue.

ANybody who still issues with an ex should be left alone until those issues are resolved. If you make your move too soon, all that baggage gets dumped on you and you will find yourself paying for the ex's sins!

You don't say if you're available. If you don't need the grief, then just don't go there. Avoid making eye contact with her, and don't initiate conversations with her. She'll soon get the message.
