I don't think all women do this. I could respond with Why are all nice men either gay or taken?
A) Women don't become lesbian just because they have an argument with a guy. Wake up!
(I'm not one, by the way)
B) I grew up in a house where DAD was ALWAYS the complainer! If anything, he was picking the fights. He gave my mom a broken nose once. Well, he says it was because she bit his finger, but that was only because he was pinning her down and beating her head into the carpet. She probably used their joint checking account to buy a pair of "slacks" or something.
I would love to be a house wife and live like Little House on the Prairie, but at the same time I don't want any old jerk as a husband. If I found a nice guy that would LET me be a wife and a mother(to my children, not to him...because some men like to be babied all the time) then that would be nice.
So many men don't want to step up and take responsibility.
It's very hard to find good men.
Also, and I know this might come as a shock, but maybe YOU are wrong! Or, she could just be a whiney little brat like certain extended family of mine. Don't get me wrong. I still love them because they're family but they do get on the nerves on occasion.
Actually, except debating online, I avoid fights. I'm a coward that way. I've even kept my mouth shut to the point that I was miserably unhappy. Is that so much better? I don't think so.

I would love to stay at home and just be a housewife. Unfortunately, it takes two incomes to provide a good stable home life for children now regardless of how male chauvinistic pigs like yourself think. Why don't some men stop their whining and accept the fact that in some cases, women HAVE to work. Oh, I'm sorry I forgot, some men get off on trying to subjugate women back into a role that is extremely outdated!

You obviously have issues and are extremely ignorant.
I am amazed on the ability of a woman nowdays, they are good housewifes, mothers and professionals. And you dont have a clue on how women juggle everyday to get things done, and we do!
I want to see you try that for once. Thank God I have had the opportunity to know some men who appreciate and aknowledge the power of a woman. Because if all men where like you, I would become a lesbian on the spot.

Blame that dam apple.
It started in the Garden of Eden, where the men got tossed out because Eve got taken in by the devil and plucked the apple from the tree of forbidden fruit.
They still try to do it today, they want to be the boss but they want the man to take the blame for any of their mistakes.
Why worry about Hell, it might be better than living with a bitchy wife.

Because men think like you expect women to shut up and put up in order to be good wives when they have no responsibility of being good husbands.
Why not just try and be a good person and partner and see what happens from there and forget about this good wife crap especially if your not a good husband!

You have two options:
1-Perhaps if you were to get a better job and an attitude adjustment, you could find a woman who would put up with you. You have to be able to support her comfortably, and that means a HOUSE, not a pop can on wheels.
2-Get a mail order bride.

because today's society need both parents working most of the time. And when that is not the case the women does usually just stay home and not work.

because they dont want to do all the thankless work of looking after men. Do your own house work. All women are not lesbians. this is a very old, old argument.

I wish I could find a man good enough to let me stay home and be a housewife. Unfortunately there arent many men out there like that today.
