i've been with my boyfriend for 3 months so far, everything is going good between us (no problems), and i really do love him and i think he feels the same about me. i'm ready to have sex with him (he's not pressuring me-he hasn't even brought up the subject) how do i let him know how i feel or what i want or whatever? (i'm 16 yrs old, and i'm a virgin right now.)

we've been going out for about 3 months, but we've known each other for over 4 years now.

well...there are many ways you could let him know that you're ready....but first, talk about it, and make sure that you know that BOTH of you are ready!! dont rush him into it either. before you have sex, make sure he's the special one you want to give it up to!!!

Did you ever think he isn't ready yet? Not all guys are complete horn dogs like everyone makes them out to be. Don't push, it will only make things worse. Honestly I think you are too young too but I am a worried Mom who doesn't want you to get into something you may not know enough about. Before you talk to him, make sure your ready. Go see a gynecologist and talk about birth control with the doctor first and get all the information you can.
Then, talk to him. Ask him what he thinks and discuss when and if you two are ready.
When you can do all this without getting all embarrassed or "freaked out" then you are truly ready to have sex.
Good luck and take care of yourself.

I mean there is no real response to this question just know that once you lose your virginity you cant get it back and it means a lot.... but if you think you are ready you should just tell him honesty is the best way to go... let him know your ready and you want to take everything slow cause trust and believe it hurts and make sure he straps up... keep it safe

Why the rush to have sex?!? Wait a while until you totally understand the consequences and reasons for having sex. 16 is just to young to start. Buy a vibrator and masterbate if ya need to. The real thing will be good when the time is right.

Wow, I so think you should wait. Especially on a guy you've only known for 3 months. Give it time!!! I know that isn't the answer you want to hear, but trust me you will be so happy you waited. Why rush!! Enjoy your childhood, why complicate your life willingly?

3 months is not a long time, wait a little longer or until you both talk about it. Considering your age you better use protection, i would suggest the pill and the use of condoms just incase.
Good luck , remember the time has to perfect and special, don't let your hormones control you.

Please don't rush into having sex. It is a very big decision. Just remember choices you make now could come back to haunt you at a later time. Trust me I know. So please, please, please, consider what you may think you are ready for, it will have an effect on you for the rest of your life.
God Bless!
