If u have damaged hair, then you have no choice but to get it cut because the ends of your hair are also damaged, which stops growth. I recommend that you go to a hair salon so they can help you with your hair care.

Take it from an old lady who has had years of experience with lots of hair! Never, but never buy anything expensive for your hair because it is so wasteful and unnecessary. For the most beautiful and healthy hair you must first try to just cut off the worst of the damaged ends; a tiny end only. Then shampoo your hair lightly, rinse with a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8 ounces of water. Next, air dry your hair. Then, apply a mixture of mayonnaise (YES!) and olive oil onto your hair. Wet a big towel with very, very warm water, and wrap it around your head for at least 10-15 minutes. Then, lightly shampoo again. Do this ONLY TWICE A WEEK, AND DO NOT SHAMPOO YOUR HAIR MORE THAN TWICE A WEEK WITH THE MAYO AND OIL TREATMENTS. ONCE A WEEK, ADD TWO EGG YOLKS (YES!) WITH THE MAYO AND OIL. If you continue to do this, you will have wonderfully healthy and lovely hair. I know it works for a fact.

You can condition to your little heart content but until you get the dead ends off it will not get any better because once they are damaged it is a done deal and the only ways is to cut it. Having the dead ends on the end will cause the growth to be slowed as well. So go ahead and have an inch cut off. It will grow back quick and look healthier.
After doing this be aware that many mousses, hair gel and hairsprays have alcohol in them and perms have chemicals. Both of these will dry the hair. Also blowdrying and curling can cause split ends to develop so when you can let your hair dry naturally this can also help.

well first you have to get your ends trimmed. That way your hair will grow more. Each time your hair grows, it brings healthy hair in so you need to get your hair trimmed about once every two months. For right now you should use John Freda hair products. It does a really nice job at repairing hair. but you still have to make sure you get you ends trimmed often.

Been though this myself. Fried my hair in cosmotology school but I dropped out because I didn't like cutting hair when I got to that level. Anyway, damaged hair will not grow fast like healthy hair and what is the point of having long fried locks of hair. The point of long hair is that it is beautiful. I cut mine when it was damaged and it grew out much faster and now I have a beautiful head of shoulder length hair. I know its tough to be patient but it is worth it.

Your hair will get longer if you trim it every 6-8 weeks. Your hair stylist might want to cut your hair to get rid of the damaged(ie. split ends)parts. Your hair will grow faster and look healthier too. It will take forever for your hair to grow if it has a bunch of split ends. To prevent split ends, I never brush my hair when it is wet..I use a wide tooth comb. Try using a deep moisturizing conditioner or a leave in conditioner. Rinsing your hair in cold water also makes it shinier.

It is difficult to repair damaged hair. I suggest cutting a small amount to shorten the length of the split ends (1-2 inches) about every 4 weeks. Take vitamins and condition aften. Smoke and smog harm hair.

ok.......... you are able to immediently purchase a warmth protectant. I reccomend tressume warmth protectant. It smells sturdy and works the terrific!!!!!! As for the hair decrease you will get 3-4 or much less inches off. the warmth protectant performs a considerable area in this. Use a olive oil mask each and every 4 days. combination olive oil with organic and organic hair conditioner and leave it on for 2 hours. Double shampoo to get all the oil off. i admire confident to tomatoes hair conditioner because of the fact it does not have undesirable stuff in it and is organic and organic. <3 saha!!!!!
