Friendly, knowledgeable, about the product, willing to listen and respond to any problems.
If you receive it , acknowlege it with a smile and a thank you.If its very good, phone the shop and speak to the manager and pass your praise on.This gives positive feedback and service should get even better. If you get poor service let them know so it may improve?
Good cusomer service breeds good customers.

When somebody listens to what the customer has to say and trys everything in their power to put things right.... this do not mean offering compensation, it means making the customer happy, making then feel like they are cared for.
