When done legally, at a slow steady pace immigration has a positive impact on our economy and way of life.
When done illegally, at a pace that resembles a raging river, the impact is devastating to our economy and way of life.
Which kind are you wondering to know about?

It varies by the individual, some improve America, others endanger it, or regions of it. The larger risks and positives are upon the economy and the crime level, which should be expanded in any large body of people, even long time residents and citizens. There is a terror danger that's asserted, but the validity of it is debated. I tend to think it's plausible, if not probable.

Legal immigration or illegal immigration? Those who immigrate here legally generally pay into the system. Those who immigrate here illegally generally are a drain on the system.

I am so sick and tired about people talking about immigration. This country has bigger problems and they just try to smooth things over by picking on aliens. Is all based on prejudice also, because you got illegal Canadians, Europeans living in this country, but nobody ever says anything about them and kicking them out of the country. Eveything is about Mexicans whom ironically are darker in skin. Well, they may not have a desk job, but they are the same people who keep the priviledged lawns manicured, who wash dishes at restaurants and don't complain, who feed and clothe our behinds by picking cotton, sweet potatoes, grapes, etc. You get rid of those people, you will have chaos. Talking about farmers going out of business, and businesses continuing to export their businesses outside of this country.

Depends, do you mean simple legal immigration or the illegal kind. Do you want a cultural impacy, economic, sociological, political, legal, you question to too ambiguous.

unless I'm mistaken... Immigration is what made this country what it is today...
The only people that are here now that DIDN'T immigrate are my ancestors. Native Americans.
The rest are immigrants.
Good thing my ancestors didn't have the same feeling about immigration as the "Americans" do today.

Negative if they are illegals. Whatever skin tone does not make the difference . Legal or Illegal does.
