Be a firend but make it clear you dont like them, talk about other boys in front of them. When he gives you advice say he's a good Friend extra emphazise on the friend and if he doesnt get it and tries to hit on you tell him you dont feel the same way he does and you hope it doesn't change anything but unforuntatly it will. If it does try to talk to him the same way you use to (minus the mention of other boys.)

Well be honest, if you have already been on dates with the person a bit more of an explanation is required. If you are good friends you may also want to put more care into your response. But either way just be polite and kind and he will appreciate you for it. Offer to remain to be around and to enjoy his company but don't do any date type things or let him buy you gifts/pay for your lunch that may lead him on. Just be honest, firm and consistant and he'll get the hint.
Either that or he will see what a solid woman you are and want to get with you more so he will try harder.

Well If you turn them down lightly thats gonna give that a bit of hope that u like them juss a bit but for some reason u think it wont work.
The only way would be to have a freind tell her/him.

I've been in this boat. Just tell them that you either have a BF or like someone else. They will get over you. And don't flirt with them!

easy just don't give them any kind of thought that you like them be rude but not flirty rude and try not to be around them and when you are don't ignolig them

tell them that u r not into them and they will understand or if that doesnt work get a boyfriend and tell him that u have a boyfriend and to get a life
