I don't know why I feel sad after I found out my ex got with someone else. I feel kinda sad but I realized it's for her better. Why do I feel crappy for still?

Part of you probably still cares for her and maybe even wanted to get back with her on some level but now that she found someone your realizing that your relationship with her is actually over weather you want it to be or not.

even though she is an ex, there is still some residual feeling there. It is never easy when an ex finds someone else. That is normal

basic human regret.
if an ex is still single, one can take satisfaction in that the option remains to go back, and that they may still harbor feelings for you.
When an ex moves on, it feels like a door has slammed shut.
just remember why she's your ex, and plow forward.
