I am one of whom they call flat chesters. And it's really depressing. I don't want surgery. Can weight-lifting and exercising help me with my condition? If not, what can I do?

Weight lifting and exercise may actually make you more flat chested, since it tones the muscles in your chest and makes you lose fat, which is what your breasts are...all fat. Look at women athletes, especially in the Olympics. They are all most likely A-cups.

Anyway you should be proud of your body, but as a fellow small chested person, I can understand where you're coming from. My best advice is to get a padded or push up bra, and find shirts that enhance, rather than flatten your bust. A sweetheart neckline will really do this.

As a side note, I had to go on birth control for medical reasons (majorly painful periods) and the estrogen actually made them a little bigger. I don't suggest taking ANY medication, even over the counter stuff, without talking to your doctor first though.

Building up your pectoral muscles by doing press ups, and chest exercises can help makes the boobs stick out more, but won't actually increase the cup size. It would take a lot of work to see a really noticeable difference. I'm sure you'll fill out in a few years time anyway. HTH : )

No gym can not add inches to your cupsize, it can only make them smaller. There are a few pills that you can drink that influence the way in which your body deposits fat, so that you have an increase in cupsize.

well if you are flat chested but have a bit of a tummy...then losing the fat in your stomache will make your boobs appear to be bigger....not wearing a bra at night helps them grow (since the only time you grow is at night you dont want to supress them)
if you dont want surgery, stuffing is your next option...get the jelly pads that look and most importantly move and feel like real breasts.....weight lifting will probably not help at all.....if you think about it all your boobs are is fat, just like pro women wrestlers, they ALL have fake boobs cuz thats the first thing you lose...the fat in your breasts

Exercise will only make you lose body fat, and thus your cup size, which consists of fatty tissues, can not increase.

Besides augmentation, pregnancy and other forms of weight gain are your only alternatives.

Supplements such as pills will only temporaily help your cause.

weight lifting isn't going to increase you breast size. Probably the opposite, actually. Breasts are fat tissue. So....gaining weight would possibly give you bigger ones. But even then, it may just go to your ***. Sorry, not really much you can do about this one.

If you want breasts like Arnold Schwarzenegger, go for it. Otherwise not much. Most of the female breast contour and size is due to fat, not muscle.

Boob is a product of fat. In fact, when you gain more muscle, your boobs get smaller. That said, wait and have plastic surgery.
