Yes, a hospital is ethically bound to give you treatment. Depending on your income you may qualify for state medicaide or medicare. You may have to pay out of pocket for some treatments. You could also enroll in a clincal trial, where the treatment is provided for you. Ask your doctor.

Living in Florida have cancer no medical insurance will i get treatment?
I’ve listed links below to Web sites where you can find out about free or discounted medical care. The first is to the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute. The following Web sites all have easy ways to locate free clinics or county health departments near you: The Bureau of Primary Health Care and the National Free Clinic Directory. Needy Meds has links to state, federal, and private programs that help low-income applicants pay for health care and medicine. Finally, you might look into charitable organizations such as Lutheran Social Services or Catholic Charities USA.
If you would like to compare health plans or purchase any other kind of insurance (life, long-term care, etc.) try MostChoice.com. You can view multiple insurance policies online and speak to insurance agents without any cost or obligation.
You can find MostChoice here: http://www.mostchoice.com/health-insurance.cfm
Hope this helps,

nobody can be denied health regardless if you have insurance or not in the state of florida. the only thing is you will have to go to a public hospital, (in miami it would be jackson memorial hospital). you will have to apply for medicare, and if you are accepted, it will help you pay for it. if not, they will put you on a payment plan regardless so you can pay for it. call the public hopsital in your area so you can go get a correct diagnostic of what is going on there and then just take it one day at a time.

Of course. You may not get the best treatment, or the most aggressive treatment, or any non-conventional treatments, but you will get basic health care. Good luck to you.
