Depends on the type of project. Your best bet is to simply run a key work search for the type of project on a search engine like google.

If you don't have any luck that way, just try the pilsbury, nestle toll house, america's test kitchen or foodnetwork website.

Have you tried the USDA website? Or the national pork or beef websites (whose names elude me right now). There's also your local extension office's website. You might try googling for the Iowa State University's extension website. They have good info.

Follow links as needed from those sites and see what you come up with! Good luck!
