It pretty good if you follow the steps correctly and consistently. Just because your skin clears up doesn't mean that you should stop using it. Depend on how bad your acne is give it about a good two weeks to see major improvement

It works great, and the first time I used it, it helped in a little over a week, the second time I was pregnant so that might have effected the efficiency of it, but it took about a month to see full results. It is worht it though and just make sure you use it twice daily. And I can't use the repairing lotion, that makes me break out worse, so if it doesn't work in a couple weeks, stop using the lotion. Hope you have luck.

I didn't dig the proactiv solution. It was way too harsh on my skin. I used it consistently for two years and my skin never once looked like Kelly Clarkson's or Jessica Simpson's. I would have even settled for Lindsay Lohan skin, but it never happened. Instead it dried my skin and made me break out worse. If you find it is too harsh for skin, try switching to their gentler product with salcylic acid. It's way easier on the skin. However, I no longer use proactiv because it is a rip off. But maybe it will work for you as many people enjoy the product.
Good luck!

Listen...this is an amazing product!!
The thing is that people sometimes do not use it correctly..It is twice a day...morning and night. Then the first step(the wash) use only the amount like the size of a nickle...ONLY THAT AMOUNT trust me..even though you may think its not enough. then just dan like five or six drops of the second step in a cotton....and clean all over your face....you will notice some dirt on the cotton...its supposed to be like that. The repairing lotion (step 3) you are supposed to use only the size of a DIME!! yes!! only that amount..how can you put that small amount all over your face? ok..when you have that amount on your palm, with a finger take some and put on a cheek...take some and put on the other cheek(without spreading) then another bit on your forehead, and another tiny bit(the little amout that rest of your palm) and put it on the chin....THEN SPREAD ALL OVER. puting it on each part of the face will assure that, when spreading, all of the face will get equall amount.
TRUST me this product makes WONDERS..the prize is nothing..after only a few days you will notice a difference, like a glow and a smootheness on the face, that is VERY noticeable.
BE CONSISTENT.If you feel that the face gets irritated, use only the step three in acne prone areas....or use that step only once a day...good luck

One 45 dollar purchase will last over 3 months.I use mine 2x a day and i'm on like 3 and a half months in and i still have some left. This does work, but you really have to stick with it.You will see a difference within a couple of weeks.

It could be anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. I used to used poractive and I love it, it is just too expensive for me now. This stuff is amazing!
If you have the pore minimizing mask stuff, make sure you use that, it seems to kick the rest of it in high gear.
Also, don't expect results overnight, it might take some time but it is worth the time. You can always send it back if you don't think it is right for you.

I started getting results in 3 or 4 days. I didn't get any pimples for about one year. I started to slack off and use other things, and after a couple of months I started breaking out again. Now I have been on it 3 days again and my face feels and looks better again. .Good luck

I use it and it works well for me as long as I use it regularly. It doesn't always work for everyone, but you just have to try it to know. Give it two to three weeks and see if there's any improvement. If not one more week wouldn't hurt, and if still nothing, then sweety you have to find you another product. If it works for you, then thats great, except that you have to continue using it:)

Hang in there. At least try it for a couple of weeks and see whether it works for you. It did not work for me, but everyone is different.

it works for some people. i used it for a while and i found it to be too harsh (it dryed out my skin). if you don't mind putting all those nasty chemicals on your face and it works for you, great! but if you want to use something natural that really works, for all skin types, i suggest L'Bri pure n natural skincare.
