See an alergologist.

My 7yo cousin had an alergy to cuddly toys, and after 1 year of immunotherapy she got much better.

I worked washing up in a kitchen and my hands were red cracked and split.

How i dealt with it was in this way.

I kept my hands clean- wash them well in the morning using baby bath or baby soap(it's nice and cheap)- something very mild. it doesn't feel like washing your hands in acid then!

When i got to work- i wore rubber gloves. You must get special ones. I took them with me each day, so nobody else could share them for obvious reasons. They had cotton lining. You can get this special type from the chemist such as boots or supermarket sainsbury's etc they do not annoy you like the rubber only ones then.

when i removed the gloves, i rinsed my hands with water or mild soap again.

I then put vitamin e cream on them. You can get this from any chemist or coco butter cream is good.my hands improved a lot.

(I found that all those barrier creams and things made my hands worse and more itchy).

Try staying away from acidy foods. Also, milk helps me out, when I get heart burn...and my reflux starts acting up. Tums helps...even though I know it's not a kitchen cure....but, it's in the cabinet of my kitchen!

I was a dental assistant 28yrs. and what we did when our hands broke out from the gloves, we would use cotton barriers under the gloves and that saved our hands.
