You need a CT scan. You are aware that the left side of your brain controls the right side of your body and vice versa. A serious condition, one way or the other, it needs to be checked out. Pressure on the nervous system, brain tumours, cancer, and other diseases must be ruled out.
Get another doctor.

RE:
What would cause pain only on the left side of the body?
I've suffered from a great deal of intermittent pain for over a year now. The strange thing is, it is only the left side of my body. Everything from the left side of my neck down to my left ankle is frequently very painful (an easy 7 on the pain scale) and tingles. I also get massive muscle...

Firstly, I don't think everything you have described is down to any particular one illness but by the sounds of it the stomach and abdomen pains could be down to IBS. You say you have been checked for allergies but this just be down to a simple intolerance of dairy products. I'm no expert but this is a possibility. With the chest pains, it could possibly be down to a slipped or herniated disc in the neck which presses on the nerve that leads down to the chest and left arm. Are you experiencing any numbness, pain or pins and needles in your left arm and hand? If you are and the pain in your chest is severe, like the worst pain you have ever felt then this is a possibility. I would strongly suggest that you get an MRI scan on the neck and chest area to find out what is causing the pains. Good luck and I wish you a speedy recovery!

I'm not a doctor, but something that only occurs on one side of the body sounds like some form of mini stroke, that was not enough to paralyze you but caused these other problems. A brain scan should be able to diagnose this.

Try a chiropractor. I had neck pain, left lower back, and down by the ankle pain intermittenly with spasms. It was my neck being out of alignment and the lowest joint in my back sitting on my sciatic nerve. A chiro can relieve the pressure.
Yours sounds a bit different, but I would start there and see what a chiro says. they can send you to someone else, but this is not going away on its own and sounds serious. Good luck.

Start putting all your focus on your right side of your body. Or on something outside of you, don't think about all these pains. A lot of times people cause their own pains, just by thinking them up. I do this sometimes, but when I stop thinking about it, it goes away. I know it's hard sometimes to stop thinking about it, but if you keep thinking and feeling those pains, it's not really going to help you anyway.
