You are looking at a little of both, But I can NOT use the word church, Church can mean anything, You are looking at THE BRIDE OF JESUS, there is a whole lot of difference in Bride & Church, You are looking at Jesus coming back with his Bride to rule & reign for 1000 yrs. & you are also looking at the milleinnium, & also the eternal age, which is also known as the 8th day, The 7th day will be the 1000 yrs ruling this earth, Read Rev. 22:17 And the SPIRIT (GOD OR THE HOLY GHOST, IT IS HOW YOU WANT TO PHRASE IT, BECAUSE GOD & THE HOLY GHOST IS ONLY ONE SPIRIT THY ARE THE SELF SAME SPIRIT) And the spirit & the what says come, The spirit & the Bride said COME. Now turn back to Rev. 19:14 who is those armies coming with Christ upon WHITE HORSES, His BRIDE

To provide evidence you almost need to discuss this verse by verse.
The tent of God is above mankind, not the angels in heaven or those bought from the earth.
The city coming down means that the heavenly kingdom will exercise it's power and authority over the earth.
Chapter 22 talks about this same power and authority as a river flowing from the throne to cure "the nations" of the imperfections we have from being Adam's offspring.

The new kingdom Jesus sets up for us here on earth during the 1000 year reign.

What is being described is the new dwelling place for the church.
The first heaven is passed away. (earth's atmosphere.)
The earth itself is gone.
New Jerusalem appears and is the dwelling place of God and the church.

It is quite clear ,it is Heaven.The Holy city coming down , Do you know any church that wipes away every tear,and ends all pain ?
