My new hubby has a huge family, 10 siblings and two parents. We want a present that can be for the entire family. I’m thinking of a basket with DVD's, popcorn, and candy? Like a movie night theme. I need some more ideas? Something that goes with the theme of the basket?

I like your idea. Make sure you have a good mix of older and newer movies, and comedy, action, drama ect. I would do microwave popcorn packets instead of real popcorn which will go stale quicker.
Ohh.. and you could throw in one of those cozy microfibre blankets for curling up on the couch with. I've also seen at some home stores, things like big popcorn bowls or movie themed drinking glasses.

That's a great idea - another idea would be to buy each of them a new towel and put it in a basket - so they each have a new towel, washcloth, etc. You could tie them with ribbon and put their name on their towel group and maybe a little ornament. You could include little shampoos that they like and bubble bath, etc.
You could also do an Italian themed basket which you could include a pasta bowl, pasta, sauce, breadsticks, etc. Along with that you could add a gift card for a grocery store which they could purchase fresh produce for a salad, etc.

How about some hot chocolate, and flavored coffees. You can also fill the empty spots in the basket with Christmas pics (that you get in a craft store). Such as, pine branches, little berries etc. They all make a nice fill in, and enhance the basket.

You know what... I love your idea!! Maybe a cuddle up blanket for the couch or a nice popcorn bowl with it (I love big popcorn bowls- they remind me of my mother)
