Because my dad says I am fat and has said the same thing about my mom and told her to lose that much or he is leaving her!

if you want to lose weight, DIET AND EXERCISE.

diet:
-no junk food (fast food, ice cream, candy, sodas)
-less calories (count every calorie you eat in a day. seriously. leave NOTHING OUT.)
-eat at SPECIFIED times. decide if you want to eat 3, 4, or even 5 meals a day. eat ONLY those meals. NO SNACKING BETWEEN MEALS!!!

exercise:
-burn as many calories as possible. every single thing adds up. take the stairs instead of the elevator. get up and change the tv manually, without the remote. (you'd be better off NOT WATCHING TV though!) basically, NEVER be sitting still doing NOTHING.
-play a sport! you need to keep your heart rate elevated for AT LEAST 30 minutes at a time. playing a sport makes this easy and fun.
-WALK MORE!!! walking quickly is great exercise, because it's easy, and anyone can do it. dont take shortcuts when walking. take the long route.

get out there and LIVE! you can do it!

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Safe doesn't matter!! Wrong! safe is the most important thing. If safe doesn't matter then I could suggest de-capitation.

read my lips....Dad is a jerk. He is self-centered, manipulative and controlling. Do not let him do this to you. If he did not say you were fat, would you consider losing 20 pounds..and if so would you rather do it healthy or in a way that could make you sick and affect your health?

Stop eating junk, eat fruits and vegetables. Eat low fat meats, no fried foods.

Go out walking at a good pace for 45 minutes to an hour every day.

You will lose weight.

Its impossible unless you want to die. Don't do anything or let anyone you know do anything that anyone puits on here it can be unhealthy. Plus if you lose it to fast you will only gain it back faster. it must be lost gradual through a SAFE diet and exercise. Plus if your dad is going to leave your mom unless she loses 20-30 lbs then maybe it is for the best because if that is the way he is then he doesn't love her or you anyways.

You have the wrong mindset. It isn't about FAST. You don't care about safety.

Do you REALLY want to lose weight or are you just low on self-esteem?

Before you take any advice here, look at yourself and wonder WHY you want to lose weight. It shouldn't be for your boyfriend or for Christmas. Try...for YOURSELF and YOUR HEALTH!

Try exercising. Try stepping away from the scale. Try learning to love who you are.

How is losing 20-30 pounds going to make you feel better? You're just going to be the same person.

Take pure HOODIA. It is safe and will curb the appetite as you dont feel like eatting. And get lots of EXERCISE. Go to a gym. If you can afford a personal trainer they can help you lose it safely and quickly. But you need to listen to them. They cost about 35 per hour.
It can be done safely so why ruin your health?

It's unhealthy to lose this much weight in 2 months. You can do it gradually by eating right and exercising. The key is to burn more calories than you take in on a daily basis. And, do it for yourself, not for your Dad. For him to say that to you and your Mom is ridiculous and selfish. Tell him to take a look at himself.

This may sound funny but it worked for me. In one month I lost 35 lbs.

A Baby food diet.

Not like the peas and carrots but I would eat the fruits you know like (tuity-fruity, Hawaiian delight, apple sauce & much more) I wouldn't eat past 8:00 at night and 1/2 hour before my shower at night I would exercise. Just basic stuff nothing to exstravagant.
