the soup with a fork vitamin. LOL simply steer clear of goodies for now, do not do any crash diets which are going to carry you down. experience your day, and consider, there's certainly not an unsightly bride. You will shine, Congrats :)

Stop counting you re not going to be lose weight overnight Just concentrate on diet and exercise

Dieting rule of thumb: it always takes as long - or longer - to loose the weight as it did to gain it.
The only way to loose weight to eat fewer calories - but enough calories to keep your metabolism working - and exercise more.
Keep hydrated. Keep your bowels moving.

Go to a beach or just work out 2s a day. You will los wait very fast.

Just dont eat anymore. HEHE !! Just kidding.

Try workout plan. It is very easy and you los very fast wight or do wightwatchers or dance (belly dancer or Hip Hop). Like you like.
