Delay of 2-3 days is normal. so don't worry. Otherwise, there are strip for testing pregnancy are available in the market. They can give an accurate result even for a single day. You can try them.

It is really hard to say if you are pregnant or not because of cramping. I really just depends on your body as for as if you are to start your period on a particular day and time. My thoughts to you would be that if you have had unprotected sex then I would go get i pregnancy test and test myself ( keep in mind hat if you think that it is possible that you may be pregnant that most store bought test will not show an accurate reading until about 3 to 4 day after your missed period)

There's always that possibility. But... Check and see if you have any of these other signs. If you have more than just a missed period, you might be.
-Minor spotting, caused by implantation of the fetus in the uterine wall.
-Swollen and tender breasts.
-Nausea or sometimes morning sickness.
-Sometimes headaches, which can be caused by the influx in hormones.
-Having to pee a lot.
-Sometimes the nipples of pregnant women get darker.
-Being very tired.
Sometimes women have only one or two symptoms, sometimes more, sometimes none at all (though none at all is pretty rare). If you have any of these symptoms, you might want to wait a few days, and if your period still hasn't come, then maybe get a test.

You could be cramping and getting ready to start- give it a week and if you don't start do a pregnancy test- take care = D

you are not even late worry about it afterwards.......its NORMAL to have cramping before your period comes...

okay for one you dont know if you are so i would think when you had sex last and then think about the stress you might be under and then go to the doctor............

you could be it most likely means you are but you could of also over counted
