Humans have 23 chromosomes and dogs have 39, so there is no more chance of anything happening than there would be trying to breed with a fruit fly which only has 8 chromosomes.
The reason you can breed a horse to a donky and get a muel is because they both have 32 chromosomes.

Nothing, and if your talking about yourself, then go to a hospital and check yourself in. If you really think about it, if a cat mated with a dog, would you get a cat/dog mix, no, they don't have the same genetic make and they aren't the same species, so nothing would happen.

Well, I think that's a crime, first of all. Assuming you're just curious, though, nothing would happen. The dog would not be able to concieve.

Probably nothing... with all the sick men in the world, I am sure someone has already done this and I have never seen any half dog, half humans running around! : )
