I think that is achieved with hair extensions. That seems to be the rage lately and you'll hear and see how the stars have short and long hair, kind of wierd. Go to a hairdresser with a copy of that photo and ask if that was achieved with hair extensions. They can be costly as the length and maintanence are where the costs lie. Otherwise, ask for a long layered look. You would scrunch the ends with a mousse to get the effect she has. Or spiral curl a few strand and run your fingers through and spray. Good luck! (this style would be alot of work)

Layered U hair cut (aviator style) with loads of extensions.

Then you have to put in some curl cream and use about 1" curling iron.

if your hair is like your aviator then extensions....if its long then take the pic with you and and ask for long layers, as for the curls you just need a large barreled curling iron and patience.

take in a picture...just make sure you dont go to a cheap place such as Great clips....i promise you wont be happy!!!
