All types of milk can safely be frozen and then thawed for later use. There may be a difference in the way it looks but taste and nutrition are the same. My mother buys more milk than she can use in a reasonable amount of time and freezes it. She doesn't notice a difference in her tea, coffee or baking.

Yeah, no problem. I've had this with 2% milk also, and it was fine. And if there is still a big block of ice in the middle, but some thawed milk, that is the best-tasting time to drink the milk because it is very cold. (Assuming you like very cold milk like I do)

Yep, perfectly good and skimmed milk will work better than full-fat milk. Get a pint and try it, I'm sure you'll find that it's just the same as fresh.

Yep, you can freeze milk no problem.
If you freeze whole milk, it gets "watery" is still drinkable but doesn't taste as good. Skim milk will be fine.
