Dont worry about it more than likely he is just lazy and has not disposed of them yet. If he cares for you then he'll probably give in to you asking to get rid of or place them somewhere out of sight. Seeing as how that relationship should be in his past

Ok, I have some pictures, from an ex of mine as well, and I have been in a new relationship for some time. I keep the pictures to remind me of the past both good and bad.I don't talk to my ex and I don't want to return to her. The pictures are part of my history and I don't feel that it should be thrown away just because I'm in a new chapter in life. I want to learn from my mistakes in relationships and a picture holds a 1000 memories and 1000 lessons.
On the other hand, violating his private nightstand was wrong... talk to him about it but do not make a big deal out of it.

Do nothing...they were inside his nightstand, not in a frame on the wall. He may even have forgotten they were there. At most, you might mention (not angrily) you ran across them and he may want to put them away some place more appropriate (although you mention "where anyone could find them"...how many people typically go through his nightstand?)...but I see no reason to get worked up about it. It was a past relationship...many people have photos of past loves/lovers.

Confront him about it, and maybe just maybe there is a explanation for it.You have been dating for 2yrs and it might not be something that serious and you are jumping to conclusions.
Think that if he was trying to hide it he would not have left him for anyone to find them, especially you! If it was something he was trying to hide they would be somewhere else in the deep for nobody to see. Ask him and talk about it before you get upset, say or do anything you will regret.
Good Luck. If you find that he is seeing her again or that she is sending this pictures, ask him why he didn't mention anything or why he didn't throw them away. See what he says. And take from there.

Be honest about your feelings. Tell him you noticed the pictures in his nightstand last week and you are bothered by that fact that he still has them. Bring your camera and offer to let him take some pictures of you to replace those.

Had this happen to me with last boyfriend. He accused me of snooping, I accused him of not getting over his past. At either rate, when I did confront him, I made sure to rip the pictures first, BEFORE I left his sorry rearend in the dust as I moved on with life.

First of all if you bring it up you will need to explain what you were doing looking through his nightstand, secondly I bet he forgot they were in there. I wouldn't worry about anyone finding them unless he has lots of visitors who make it a habit of going through his drawers.

Confront him about them. If there's a problem, just ask if he'd like you in them.
