I would arrange big tufts of hydrangeas (in all colors would look GORGEOUS with the aqua) and I would place a long bouquet of each on the pews.

You can do every other pew if you want and the flowers can be easily strung together.

The hydrangea is a big flower so it will be complimentary to the size of your church.

Even though your ceremony is in the church, will you be taking your group pictures here? If so, find locations within the church that you want to take the pictures and focus on decorating those the most. Remember that in your pictures of the actual ceremony, the pic's will be more focused on the two of you and hardly on the church itself.

Focus on decorating your reception hall and making that the smash of the day in terms of the "wow-factor" ... with the sheer size of the church, that is going to be "wow" enough.

Congratulations!

White, teal, & aqua colors would be great. If you do not like this combination how about White, pink & aqua, or multi-colors of soft pastels with some lemon leaves. It is kind of hard to suggest colors as you forgot to mention what season you are getting married. Since the Church is so large, just go with some large White bows and tie them on the first few rows, one for the Bridal Party, the Parents, Grand-Parents, Bride & Grooms Families. You could get a couple of center-pieces for the Altar, or if you have time and are crafty make your own silk-flower arrangements, that way they can be taken to the Reception afterwards. Don't forget a Rose for the Mother's tied with an Aqua colored ribbon. Hope this helps a little. Congratulation's and Best Wishes to You and Your Fiance'.

Since I don't know any other details, in all honesty your florist will be your best friend in planning this. Especially if it's the owner you talk to. They have huge portfolios of their work, can recommend different flowers to fit your color scheme, and they make the bows with flowers for the pews, the candle holder pieces, everything. The florist can give you many many ideas.
