You are normal.

Mine is the same and has been all my life. For years an old country doc tried to tell my grandmother I had 'tired blood" and needed GERETOL!! nasty!! I was 8 years old for pete sake... I am approaching 50 and if I ever have a BP higher than 110/70 my doc looks at it as high because I run so low as a norm. I range from 99/56 - 104 /66.....

Unless that BPis way off the norm for you, you are not feeling exhausted and weak, dizzy and completely run down...I wouldn't worry about.......if you are really worried go get a check up and talk to your doctor about what is normal for you.

3 years ago, I was diagnosed - hypertension with a reading of 160/100. I used to feel dizzy a lot, my legs had awful cramps, and levels were very low in my potassium, causing my fingers and toes to always cramp together. One day I started to feel really faint while I was driving with my daughter in the back seat and I passed out, hitting 3 cars and ending up in a ditch. That moment,I knew I had to do something because my meds weren't working. I heard about this diet from a friend and thought I'd give it a shot. The results have been remarkable. In just 21 days, I honestly can't remember feeling this good, my blood pressure went from 175/110 to 125/70.

Well, i heard the normal blood pressure for an adult was 120 over 80, my mum has highblood pressure. Tak a look at your weight and diet! Its a disgrace to me! my mum was always eating fatty foods, like coke(not diet), salt, soy sauce and so on, now she has gall bladder stones. more than 100 kg is like really high for a twenty year old so that might lead 2 Diabetes or something, Eat a healthy breakfast AND EAT AT LEAST 3 MEALS A DAY excercise reguraly by just walking or something, if u r in college than at least have a break from time to time AND EXCERSICE hope this helps a little

Yes, to both.
Normal resting blood pressure 90-120/50-80
Normal resting heart rate generally 60-80 beats per minute, but may be lower for some atheletes.

The top two numbers are you systolic blood pressure, that is the pressure wave that occurs when your heart contracts, the lower number is the diastolic, which is the pressure that exists in your arteries all the time, as a baseline. You need a minimum blood pressure of 90 mm Hg to adequately get blood to your brain.

Yes. Hypertension is a BP greater than 150/90. Hypotension is a BP less than 90/50. Your blood pressure is affected by exercise(usually lowers blood pressure) , stress (increases), tobacco products (increases) and alcohol(increases). Some foods also affect your blood pressure, like caffiene(increases), and foods higher in salt, or msg(increases).

The systolic pressure is excellent, 140 is high normal. The diastolic pressure is a bit low. Overall you have good blood pressure.

Sounds like a pretty good BP for someone your age. I have always run about 110/70.

If its your normal and you feel healthy yea. Then you are hypotensive. But if its so and you feel dizzy, lightheaded, or you tend to faint, check with your cardiologist. Your HR is normal 60-100bpm.
My bp also runs almost same as yours and its normal for me.
it also depends on your weight and activity level.
