That's called "See you at the Pole" People show up half an hour before school starts and pray for students, teachers, and anything on their mind. There also may be some songs of worship, or whatever. It's a national holiday, but It happened like a month ago. Anyone who wants to go to it will have to wait a long time, because it's an annual occasion. I don't remember the exact date, but again, It's a national holiday. It won't be too hard to find.

I think it's in September, it's called "see ya at the flagpole", I think. Kids have been doing it for several years, and now adults have started doing at City Halls, or Municiple Buildings on the same day. It's the National Day of Prayer.
