Right i have been texting this girl and she has been emailing me everyday at work. I have taken her to the cinema. Last night i went to the pub she goes to and took my mate (who she has meet before) and she seemed to talk to him more then me. Do you think she likes my mate

nope, i do that all the time....if i like a guy i talk to their friends, can't tell you exactly why i do that, but i do it all the time....maybe its because shes nervous...for me as a girl it is easier for me to talk to someone that i dont have intrest in...i just feel more comfortable....just try making conversation with her, after a while she will get used to you and feel more comfortable :)

There could be two possible solutions: she's trying to get you jealous, or she's just interested in your friend.
A lot of times girls like to play the jealousy card because they think that that will make the guy they like want them more. And flirting with your best friend right in front of you is a pretty good way to get you jealous (don't you think?). This may be hard to believe, but girls find it extremely sexy when a guy will do whatever they can to fight for them, so that's the main reason lots of girls will play hard-to-get.
Sometimes, though, they really might be interested in your best friend, but I doubt it in your case. If she went along with you to the movies and the pub and is offering up her time to be with you, I don't think you have much to worry about. Just ask her to be your girlfriend. Another solution why she might have been trying hard to talk with your friend is because she's wants to be a part of YOUR social circle. It's like when you take your girlfriend home to meet your family; you want her to see how she'll fit into your family. She may just be trying hard to get along with your friends since YOU get along with them.

no you idiot she like you! she wants you to make a proper move on her. she was annoyed that you brought your mate when she thought that she was gonna be alone with you. so to get you jealous she payed him more attention. unless in the emails and txts she has asked but you mate, but i doubt a girl would pay that much attention to a guy just to get with his friend.

she may be trying to impress your mate so that he will like her and cause him too give you the thumbs up. take her out without your mate next time, see what happens. if she asks you about him alot, she is interested in him.

no, she probobly wants your friend to like her so he can give you the tumbs up on her. Us girls know how important it is for our guy's friends to like us. Because if there friends dont like us, then it makes it much more harder to have a realationship being that there friends disagree with the fact of you dating us. You understand, so she probobly was trying to be friendly with your friend so he can give you the tumbs up on her, thats all. Its so obiouse that she likes you a whole lot if she's e-mailing you everyday.

Well we can only guess, may be she does, and may be he was talking to her, more then you. Have you text her today? if so then say, it seems as if you liked my friend? see how she replies to that. That will give you your answer.
