If it's really swollen then I'm guessing it's glandular fever.
It's a viral infection but it really isn't something you should worry too much.
Don't drink alcohol, keep your fluids up. It'll probably take you two months to recover if it is glandular fever.
I may be wrong so please check with the doctor.

could be a cold, could be a cloged gland, could be cancer.
best thing to do is go to a dr. Its impossible to give a good answer for this question without knowing more and seeing/feeling it.

maybe cold just have some warm water or some mixed herbs with lemon hope u get better

sounds like a flu/cold, but it could be ANYTHING.
if it doesnt get better, see a doctor.
