Offer to donate some of your old ones to charity. That should raise an eyebrow.

LOL!
Im sorry, this kinda made me laugh. My aunt once mentioned she liked John Wayne and for years after recieved one gift or another with John Waynes face on it!
I would let your family know of your current interests. They are getting you dinosaurs because they dont know of anything else you like.

Pack all of your dinosaur's away.... and make sure your mom and dad know your doing it. They will ask why, and you simply let them know that you have 'out grown' them and have new interests that you like now. Dinosaur's are of the past and *such and such* (what ever you are into now) is the new thing. BLessed be...............

Could you tell your parents and ask them to tell everyone?? You could always think of what you like now and let people know. You know, saying stuff like, "I'm really into my music now, would there be any possibility of getting music vouchers for Christmas so I can expand my collection?" basically, honesty is the best policy, so just let people know, they'll respect you for it.

Find another interest & make it known that you now have much more grown up ideas.Tell your parents & see if they can help you in passing the word around.
Tell them you like diamonds now-see how many buy you those!
Good luck

Don't bother, keep all the stuff unopened as it will become collectible when you get older and you can flog it for a small fortune the day after you retire.

Tell your parents that you want money for your presents, that way you can buy what you want, and tell them to tell everyone else, that way you dont have to deal with it
